How can I work on my vertical for basketball?

I'm in the 7th grade and I'm 13. I can jump pretty high but I want to jump higher to dunk in basketball. Also I am 5'11. Any exercises to do in gym or at home or even with a simple hoop?|||never seen someone also in gr 7 and 5'11 lol!


try air alert 4. its really hard and can be harmful to your knees but it works. in 5 weeks, i got 5 inches. the day after your workout, your muscles are really sore so watch out for that but ya, it works.|||you have to jump up and down repeatedly and touch the backboard|||You could call up Kobe, or Lebron, and ask for some help. Otherwise, usually, you just jump up and down and stuff.|||heres a good video about how to dunk
