What should I eat in the morning before running and basketball?

I'm planning to run to the basketball court which is .7 miles away. I wake up at 7 AM, eat a cup oatmeal and a glass of water at 7:05. At 7:30, I jog to the court. At 7:45 I arrive and then perform basketball drills until 10 AM. Then I run back home and get back at 10:15.|||if its a 2 hour 15 minute practice than you should be pretty good at basketball and intense meaning you would be burning a lot of calories, if you are really playing intense basketball 2 hours and 15 minutes, with some breaks. then you should be eating more than that|||porridge oats are a good choice complex carbs which release energy slowly and steadily
