Is it a respected Job i mean i has so much power in it the coaches and the players have to answer to them and they are so confident.

Detailed answers are appreciated.|||referees are the guys my uncle yells at through the tv. they dont have very good fashion sense, and they are really loud and bossy. thats what i think.
