I am a small forward in basketball and i need to work on my first step. I am wondering if there are any drills that can make my first step faster so i can blow by my defender. Thanks in advance. |||Just move around more. Not just running but shuffling your feet around. Then on the court you should be quicker.|||use nike sparq training
it will increase your quickness and agility
