How do you get gum off of basketball shorts?

Well, they aren't basketball shorts but the material is the same.|||Try putting them in the freezer- then break it off-- the rest should be removed with rubbing alcohol|||Put them in the freezer, soak them first, lay them flat exposing the gum, leave them till they freeze solid, you'll find that the gum will have

frozen too,if you allow them to freeze solid, then it's a simple matter to chip the gum off gently, don't pull hard, you'll tear the material. If it doesn't work first time,do it again.Wayne|||freeze the gum and it will pop right off|||rub ice on the spot and when the gum gets soft get it off|||What? scrap it off|||Put the article of clothing into the freezer for an hour or so. The gum will become brittle and break right off.|||Freeze it! You can pull it off in one chunk then|||Use ice or peanut butter.

Put the shorts in the freezer making sure the spot with the gum is exposed so you can get to it when you take them out. When the shorts are almost frozen, take them out and use a butter knife to scrape the gum off.

Or saturate the spot with peanut butter (brand and type doesn't matter but the chunky doesn't work as well and the bits get in the way). Again, using a butter knife, scrape the gum off.
