What are some really good conditioning drills for basketball?

I am 13 and in good shape. But not in much shape for basketball. So any drills and conditioning drills. |||For Increasing your jump - stand on the edge of the stairs and you use your calves to push up. Then go down Push up again. Do 50 of these and increase 15 or 25 each week. Depending on you.

For Handling - Take the ball in your right hand and put it behind your back, switch it to your left hand and repeat. Do this fast and 25 one way, 25 the other. If you drop the ball, Start Over.

For your shot - Lay on the floor and keep the ball in your hands. Flick your wrist to throw the ball up then catch it again. Do this 50 times increasing weekly at your own pace. If the ball is not caught on the way down, start over.

Also Squeeze the Banana is a good drill. Idk how to explain this but i'll do the best I can. Put your right and left hands up and keep the ball in one. Squeeze with 4 fingers and your thumb then with the other while keeping the ball like this. No Catching it. Do 50 and increase at your own pace|||Try to sign up at a fitness center which usually provide training also run every single day and try to do some weight lifting for your legs like using a leg press or doing squats |||run stadium stairs

defensive slide suicides

backpedaling|||Suicides would be great for conditioning because it helps your endurance and might actually make you a better sprinter.|||run|||Something that helped me with my shooting in basketball is have a whole bunch of people stand in one area around the basketball hoop then try to dribble around the people and when you think you can shoot and make it shoot. But for the people who are standing around the hoop the only thing they can move is there hands.
