|||im a basketball player too, and what i do is work out mon-fri. i run everyday for about a half hour, and on mon, wed, fri i do arms (bench: 3 sets of 10, bicep curls: 3 sets of 10, push ups, and i also use resistance bands). On Tues and Thur i do legs and abs (about 10 different ab workouts, i do each workout 25 reps, and for legs i do a lot of lunges and wall sits, plus legs lifts). This workout plan has really worked well for me. And of course I play basketball for about an hour everyday.
