i'm on my high school basketball team and i know people who r on provincial teams, but i don't know how they got on them. Is there some sort of tryout, or registration? Do i have to be in some sort of league or do people get scouted, or asked to join? I don't know how it works at all, i think i potentially have the talent to be on a provincial team, but have no clue how to get on one.
