Don't worry about eating bad, just make sure you eat good and get vitamins. Also, have protein throughout the day, and most importantly right after your workout|||Oatmeal, whole grains, lean meats, lots of fruits and veggies. Brown rice, steamed broccoli and grilled tilapia are good pregame meals.|||eat eggs. drink water. eat yogurt. and drink muscle milk or whatever it's called.|||Oh yea ?!
