How can I burn fat during my basketball practices everyday?

We practice for 2 hours five days a week. Im 5'4 and 160 but im not really big,but i need to lose weight to continue to play sports like basketball, softball, and volleyball. Could you please help me?|||Well, i seems to me your doing fine. Your not that that big. And also you are loosing weight while you practice. Just eat more healthy and you'll succeed|||If you try to keep away from sweets and not to many carbs, but eat well, you are going to lose all the weight you need at practice. Thats allot of exercise,good for you!|||try to cut your carbohydrate intake...keep playing basketball and you'll lose your fat.
