What if we had a mild hangover, would it be okay to go to basketball practice? It's 1 1/2 hours long btw a lot of running and stuff|||No don't go. Your body is very dehydrated. Just stay home and drink a lot of fluids. Switch up and drink two bottles of water and then one gatorade. Keep doing that but get the sugar free gatorade. The reason being is that gatorade has electrolytes that your body needs but you can't just drink all gatorade. Also make sure you eat healthy so you don't get water poisoning.|||Best cures For Hangover
While nearly all hangovers disappear naturally after between eight and twenty-four hours, there are numerous cures for hangover or remedies you can try. These include consuming water to re-hydrate the body, since excessive alcohol causes blood sugar levels to fall, foods that increase blood sugar are highly recommended.
Foods that restore lost potassium and salts as well as those containing fructose (which assists in burning the alcohol faster) can be beneficial too.
In addition, try sipping coconut water as it contains a high amount of electrolytes along with magnesium and potassium and will help your body replenish minerals that have been lost.
You can also drink freshly squeezed orange juice with a bit of honey. The vitamin C present in orange juice will help the liver process the alcohol from your system faster and also wash out the toxins.
At the end of the day, sleeping off a hangover is still one of the best cures for hangover...|||Not hard at all. I have done it several times. Just drink plenty of fluids. Once you start running around, it's like "what hangover?"|||You will sweat it out.|||That's just stupid to put yourself in that situation.....but if you can't miss practice then you just gotta do it.
