How should I properly condition for basketball that starts in 3 weeks?

I've been spending about 15-30 minutes on the elliptical machine I have at my house everyday, I've been eating better, and I've been playing basketball outside for a few hours with a couple friends. I'm 14. Do you think this is enough to condition myself?|||Go jog/run more. Keep playing ball with your friends, if you don't have gym equipments then do some Pushups, Situps and get your legs and core better, 3 weeks isn't gonna make it amazingly better but it can def. be better. Eating good is just as important, maybe even more too.|||If your joining a team then the coach is going to make you do a lot more running than 15 mins worth. I would say more running.
