Im a freshman in high school, lm 5 foot 6 120 pounds (im somewhat naturally muscular already). I'm training for college basketball, im a point guard when should i start weightlifting and why? When did college players or pros start weight lifting? Thanks!|||You should start off in march, lifting a little at a time. Then when you start lifting a lot more in the summer, you'll be ready for it!

|||During the summer going into your sophomore year|||you should already be lifting weights 2 years ago! you better hurry up!|||now during el off season|||w8 till ya stop growing
